Sitter in Bellevue, Washington

Hello, hello! I've been a nanny for over 11 years and have babysat in one form or another for 22 years. In that time I've worked with ages eight-weeks to early teens, and have handled as many as six children at a time. I have a reliable, well insured car; a clean driving record; clean background; current CPR and First Aid certification; a college degree; up-to-date vaccinations, my last Pertussis booster being just a week ago; and stellar references. I like to consider myself open, reliable, and detail oriented. I like to anticipate needs, and have a plan ready for them, but can roll with the punches. I know how to swim. I adore the outdoors and am not dissuaded by a little rain. In my car you would find a huge box of supplies for art, crafts, learning, and so much more. In addition to this, I have large bags of additional supplies I'll bring on occasion; and I'm sure to carry water bottles and a state park parking pass. I know where most if not all the best parks are. I can provide homework help, even in science and math. I'm no grand chef, but I know my way around a kitchen. Those in my care have enjoyed the zoo to paint studios, hiking to summer concerts, crafts to geocaching, kites to rockets, tubing to aquatic centers, and so much more. Of course my approach for younger is a bit more low key, like story time or building with Tegu blocks. My care style for all is one of attention, engagement, and genuine interest. I'm looking for full-time (40 hours or more), long-term with a year, two, or more preferred, but will consider finishing out summer, and at fewer hours, if anyone needs that. My preference is for Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, or Sammamish, but I'll consider just about anywhere. For a long-term position I would seek 20-22/hour dependent on details such as benefits, expected duties, and so on. I may be a little more negotiable for finishing out summer.
