Parents!!!! My name is Ashley! I'm a stay at home mom to a 7 month old boy, and looking to help out other families. As I was previously a working mom, I know the struggle of finding reliable childcare, and the importance of child safety. I'm dedicated to making moms feel at ease when they are at work. I have 10 years of experience from working with newborns - up to the age of 10 ,working mostly with newborns - 4 years of age ! Here at Ashley's in home childcare I provide a SAFE, CLEAN, and FUN in home childcare service and location !!! I also have a playground in my backyard, which is safe, and good for all ages, and an outdoor play dome for climbing! I can provide you with a list of references, provide daily check ins via phone/text/email ( depending on what is best for you) I offer an open door policy, as well as personal photos sent via text/email! Below is some general information about Ashley's in home childcare ! I feel interaction is a very important role into every child's development , therefore we will always be doing age appropriate activities, always fun, while also learning ! I encourage creativity, and also individuality! A few things important to me while working with children are the importance of kindness , always using manners (manners are something we practice everyday) being respectful , following the rules, and safety at all times! I understand each and every child may be different, so patience , love , communication & understanding are very important roles for me , which are some of my greatest qualities being in this field of work ! The importance of great communication with parents & myself is expected while we work together ! We have a daily schedule , and daily activities that vary by the day, meals & snacks, nap/quiet time , story time / read aloud, different learning activities , arts and crafts , and playtime in/outside , depending on the weather ! Also, hand washing before / after meals , using the potty , playing outside etc, this is something important that we will be working on throughout our daily activities ! - Mile Stone Development: I will work to help your little one hit those very important milestones of holding their heads up, tummy time , sitting up with supervised support at all times , crawling, walking, and talking, and playtime !!! Reading , music , and singing are also things we will do together daily! - Infant bottle preparation- I believe in and understand the importance of breast feeding, so if your infant is currently breastfed, I will take care in storing & preparing your babies milk properly! I will take every precaution while handling your babies bottles, formula & breastmilk , always handling with care! ***please let me know if you have a specific schedule for your child's feeding times , or if you prefer your child to be fed on demand , regardless of your request, I will ensure your needs & Childs needs are met !*** Daily Report sheet: Each day, I will Have a detailed sheet for every time your child is changed, every feeding/amount consumed , nap times , and even potty training children will be logged on every time we try and use the big potty! Parents, I encourage you to review your child's daily log, and upon request , I can send home a copy! I will also add general information daily based on behavior , participation , how your child's day was overall , and also listing any concerns and or progress made ! If you are running low on necessities, I will inform you before your child is out, but also try to have extra items just incase!
