Hello, My Name is Nicole Bland and I have been married 25 years and have 2 boys that are married, ages being 21 and 23. I have always been and enjoyed working with children of different ages. I started babysitting when I was 10 years old and have really never stopped. Having my children, working in 2 different daycares, having my own daycare in my house when my children were young, still babysitting here and there and also was a nanny for 2 years back in 2011 and 2012. Both families had infants. I would say thats my speciality is working with newborns and babies. I love children of all ages, but I like working with young ones and helping them grow and reach their milestones. I treat my position with children as if they were my own. I also enjoy older children though because I love sports, swimming, reading, taking them to activities or engaging them in activities that I've come up with. I am fun, outgoing, friendly, trustworthy, reliable, responsible, hard worker and have lots of understanding and love to offer. I dont mind having up to 4 children. I've really never done special needs, but given the right situation, I'd be willing. I charge $10-$12 for 1 child depending on whats expected and then usually $3-$5 more for every child there after. The bottom line is I love children, they are so innocent and willing to learn. I want to be that nanny that made a huge diffetence in their life and helped them to reach their potential at any given stage in their life. Thank you, Nicole Bland
