Hi, If you are looking for an experienced, qualified, and caring nanny for your child(ren) then I believe I would be a great option for you and your family. My name is Lauren, I have over 10 years of experience with children of all ages and offer a responsible, caring, fun and structured method of caring for young children. I have worked instructor at an early childhood Education center , worked as a for several families during my high school and college years as a nanny and served as a behavioral counselors at an Elementary school. These experiences combined with being the mother of three ( Daughter 9, Son 2, Daughter 7 months) have helped me develop exceptional child caring skills. I love children and enjoy their company immensely and find that there is nothing more rewarding than taking care of and teaching them the tools to life. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected and can thrive. I am patient and have great organizational and communication skills, which I believe are among some of the most important in childcare. I am also College Educated and would be more than happy to assist with homework or provide work for students with difficulties in certain areas. In order to have a flexible schedule and an open availability, I ask that parents bring their child(ren) to me and pick them up (North/East Columbia / near Polo Rd Recreation Center.) I am available Mon-Fri with an open availability (Overnights included) and am open to weekend assignments as long it doesn’t conflict with prior obligations (plan in advance).
