Hey my name is Karen. I am a child care provider living in Jupiter who is disciplined and wants to help you in any way possible. I am a multi-tasker and believes the children needs to be in eye sight at all times. I am an LPN who has worked with Special Ed children. Also, several years in Day Care with all ages. I have a great background helping with my own grandchildren, who I love dearly. All children need to be safe, loved, handled with consistency, and sometimes, yes, very controlled discipline. There should be a healthy balance between learning and play. I truly believe the parents should set the boundaries and it's up to the caregiver to follow them.
