Hello! Thank you for viewing my profile! My name is Joyce but most people call me Jo. I’ve been a caregiver for 4 years in NYC as well as NJ. I currently live in Harlem but my family’s home is in New Jersey. I can commute to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. I have a younger brother who I’ve been caring for for the last 10 years. He is disabled so children who have similar challenges as him would be great for me to work with. Besides him, I have experience with other disabled children as well. I am excellent with nuero-typical children too! I would describe myself as outgoing, fun, and colorful but balanced with being punctual, organized, & reliable. I am taking a break from college classes where I am studying ECD (pre K-3rd). Animals, sports, & art (music, crafts, dance) are also interest of mine! Homework help, light house keeping, & pet care are also things I am more than open to.
