A little bit about me… I nannyed most of my young adult life. I was with 3 seperate families and potty trained 4 children before I had my first child. I prefer to work with one family and establish a strong and loyal connection. I am college educated, Sweet Briar College in Virginia. I am a firm, but loving disciplinarian. I understand the needs of the whole family. Parents often feel left out of the "raising" process when there is a Nanny in the house. I try to incorporate all of the parents wants and needs when helping raise their children. I am very outdoorsy. I don't watch a lot of TV. I am very project oriented and like to involve the children in activities that promote pride, fun and self awareness. I have excellent references that I’m happy to share with you. I am current with my Infant and Child CPR. I would love to get together and see if we’re a fit. I typically charge $20 an hour, but I’m willing to discuss. watching them discover the world and develop a sense of self is such a blessing. As well as nannying, I have acted as house manager. I drive a Subaru Outback and I am moving to the Asheville area soon, Have shopped and prepared meals for the children and/or families for some of my previous clients.
