I have experience in adult and child care, I have been a caregiver for 30 years I do know how to plan meals and cook them, I do not limit myself to one thing, I plan activities for children to do, they don't just sit and play games they do have outside activities, with adults I can give baths and change them if needed, I can help put them on and off the toilet, I can left them up to put them in bed and help them out of bed too, with children I can do whatever they need to do. I can do CPR, I can take them out for fun times, I am will to watch them from 4:00 am till when ever.
