Hi there! My name is Patricia, I am 18 years old and have a been a nanny for a little over six years now. I am a full-time student taking classes at both Redwood and College of Marin with hopes of finishing college early with a Psychology major. I was born in Brazil but have been living in California since I was eight years old. I am fluent in both Portuguese and English and also speak Spanish. Aside from being a student I am also a youth leader, singer and lyricist. When it comes to child care, I am both fun and professional and have confidence in the work I do. I have experience with ages 6 months - 13 years, including children with special needs ( autism and down syndrome) and extreme allergies . Additionally, I am CPR certified, have a valid CA Driver's License, reliable vehicle and good insurance. I am available for both fixed - long term and short term schedules, date nights, and on last minute request. As well as being a nanny I was also a camp counselor for three summer where I worked with kids of all ages. And I am also a nursery teacher at a local church where I care for multiple children from newborns all the way up to three years of age. I have a very strong passion for working with kids and hope to pursue a career where I will still be able to work around them. I am a fan of reading, doing arts and crafts, taking the kids to the park and having time outside, enjoy having music time and so much more.
