I'm a certified Newborn Care Specialist, registered with Cache with over 5,000 verified hours working with infants. If you’re not familiar with what a NCS does, our main goal is to support you and your baby get the rest that you need. We offer overnight care for newborns and are experts in healthy and safe sleeping practices, sleep conditioning, feeding schedules, identifying common issues, giving helpful tips and recommendations, while and guiding & supporting parents with evidence-based information. We also look out for the first signs of postpartum mood disorders and can be valuable advocates for the entire family. My personal style is gentle, holistic and in alignment with attachment-based parenting or respectful parenting.
