I have a Masters in Early childhood Education from Grand Canyon University. I understand the importance of young children, developmental growth in their cognitive, social/emotional, and physical domains cultivated in a nurturing, fun and enjoyable environment, and the implication they have on their future academic success, I am knowledgeable, on what they need to start right in order to be lifelong readers ,and reliable citizens as an instructor I will use wealth of research that support educators in effective teaching, which have proven methodologies to benefit students I taught in various schools in Kenya. I can teach and coach different students in a number of subjects, I understand how children learn using all different learning techniques because I believe all children can learn given the opportunity, to do so, students learn at their own speed when a teacher uses differentiation methods tailored for specific individual learning needs. I am a Competent teacher who understand, all students can learn, despite their culturally, and linguistic backgrounds, differences in, abilities, and learning needs and styles., and must be treated as individuals, To facilitate learning teachers must excited and motivate students, by providing relevant learning materials and engaging them to maximize learning process tailored for classrooms needs, teacher uses her knowledge to create activities, such as hands on, problem solving, discussions, research and discovery and inquiry projects that are developmentally, making learning a fun experience.. When teaching I will provide guidance, and allow my students explore the world of education by discovering facts for themselves, through reading and facts finding, using age appropriate materials while playing gaining new skills. In my math lesson plan, I included an interactive multiplication activity which students can use to learn math, stamping their feet and shouting product any time the right product is “called”.
