Zuzu's Petals is an in home daycare in Virginia Beach near Independence Blvd. I focus on providing quality educational activities for all ages. I believe children learn best when there's playing involved! As a former daycare director and Preschool teacher I have plenty experience with being a nurturing educator. I strive to create an environment where children are excited to come everyday and to use every moment as a chance to having a learning experience. I am first aid and CPR certified as well as TB tested and background checked. I also have academic training from a private school in Richmond. Although this is an in home daycare I do not believe in children watching T.V while they are in my home. Our days will consist of Community circle time, Fine & Gross motor activities, Science and Cooking, Language and Literacy and last but not least Math! I've converted my garage to be used as an art studio as well as a "science lab" for the children. The children will also have a large room in my home that will be used for all other daily activities such as free play and nap time. As a brand new daycare I will not be open until September 21st but am looking to begin to fill spots. Weekly rates will be $130 for all ages. This will include breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. Infant formula and food must be provided by parents. There will also be a $40 supply fee which will provide a nap mat and other daily supplies that your child will need. First and last week will be due when you sign yourself up in order to guarantee your child a spot. We will be open Monday-Friday 6:30am-6pm. *First 3 children who are signed up will only have to pay first week tuition and supply fee!!! I look forward to hearing from you!!
