Hello, my name is Katlyn. I am a Senior at Juan Seguin High School. I'm also a part of the Ready, Set, Teach! Program which allows me to enter elementary schools and work alongside a mentor teacher. I have a passion for teaching and making a difference in children's lives. Being apart of a big family I have always been around children. I have two nieces and three nephews who I spend time with on a regular bases. Their ages range from 2 years old to 12 years old. This has instilled in me a great sense of patience and understanding. From my experience with teaching I have also developed a need to be punctual and responsible. I know that children thrive in stability and I aim to be there when you and your child needs or expects me. I know that it is not an easy choice to leave your child with someone else. However, rest assured your child's safety and happiness is extremely important to me and you will leave your child or children in the right hands. I have references and can provide them upon request.
