My name is Felicia Bennett. I am a licensed CNA currently working as an elderly care provider and would like to expand this knowledge to children. I attend UCCS (University of Colorado at Colorado Springs) as a pre-nursing student. My aspirations are to become either a Pediatric Nurse or a Pediatric Oncology Nurse. I go to school in the fall and spring with the summer off. I live at home so doing room & board would not be a problem. I am the eldest out of my siblings and acquired my child care experience from my younger brothers. One of my brothers was born premature, requiring oxygen and growing up with respiratory issues that include moderate asthma. My current duties as an elderly care provider include light housekeeping and laundry, dressing, assisting with bathing, hygenine, and toilet needs. I've done a couple of hours a day shifts to 12 hour shifts that include overnight. I am a very responsible, well organized individual who would like opportunity to try something new, fun, and exciting.
