I am a loving and nurturing individual. I have worked with children ages 0 to 3 years for 5 years. I enjoy continuity as I get to grow and teach children. I've always known since I was a young girl that I've wanted to grow up and become an Early Childcare Educator. I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to teach and explore with young minds. i find it amazing how implementing activities through play and getting children engaged to learn without even knowing it. I am very familiar with lesson planning weekly and prepping activities to keep a smooth flow and routine for my children. Children love exploring and getting messy; I like to make sure that whatever activities I may have planned that it’s fun and exciting while learning at the same time. I do individualized planning and make sure to incorporate the necessary measures for different learning techniques and special needs. I know that all children are different and require different learning mechanisms. It is important to obtain a special relationship with all children individually where I can better educate them and help them grow developmentally, socially and emotional. It is also important for children to work on self-help skills as they grow. I believe that it is imperative that children have opportunities where they can interact with one another. I am always open to new ideas and eager to learn as an educator to teach the youth..
