I am a fresh resident of Colorado from Flagstaff, AZ where I worked at a charter elementary school for the last 5 years with grades Pre-K through 5th. While there, I substituted, tutored, was a Teacher's Aide and also was the Director of the Before & After Care program. I also own and run a Summer Camp with a friend of mine and this year, we completed our 3rd year in business. Through these experiences, I have found ways to have boundaries, discipline and consequences while still having fun! I believe in children eating healthy snacks while in my care and I also encourage play without technology as much as possible. I promote open communication with children and guardians to make sure everyone is on the same page and everyone is getting what they expect and need.
