Hi Everyone, My name is Nathalie. I am primarily an early childhood teacher in a two year old classroom. I am available to babysit in the evenings (specific times would be dependent on your location) and weekends anytime. A Little About Me: I currently have a BA degree in early childhood education and planning to start my Masters early 2017. I am also CPR and first aid certified with the ability to show proof. I have 12 years of experience working with children in various group settings including summer camp, after school programs, daycares as well as babysitting up to 3 children at once. I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing kids who truly put a smile on my face, from infants through 5th grade. Working as an early childhood educator, I've gained a lot of experience caring for and teaching multiple infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children at once, so I'll have no problem handling 1-4 children. If you have infants and toddlers please know that I'm perfectly fine with changing diapers and continuing any potty training routines you have in place. What I can offer: -Keeping your child(ren) safe and making sure all basic needs are met. -Playing in the back yard or taking to the park -Doing Fun Mini Art/ Science Projects -Homework Help -Cooking Simple Meals (I am not the best cook but I can put something simple together) -Bathing & Putting to bed Ideally, we would set up a time to meet prior to the date/time you need me to babysit. I want you to be 100% comfortable and confident leaving me with your child(ren). Please Note* I do not have a car nor do I have a license to drive so any jobs requiring pickup/drop off in a vehicle I will not be able to do. Although I do not drive I am fluent in traveling via lirr/ mta and am willing to travel to Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn as well as parts of Long Island. I am also perfectly comfortable with late night travel so if you need me to stay late (weekends only) I am comfortable with that too. I look forward to meeting some new families and great kids!
