Sitter in Calgary, Alberta

Hello there, My name is Janaya Dunn. I am 19 years old and study at Mount Royal University in the Criminal Justice Program. I love to work with children and have much experience doing so! As of right now, I have completed my first year of University and am looking for occasional or permeant positions with a family. I can be very flexible with times or locations as I am free every evening expect for Monday's and Wednesdays ( I coach little league baseball until end of June) and almost all weekends. I am willing to drive from 10-15kms for jobs. I live in the SW of Calgary but don't mind driving to SE or elsewhere in the SW. I have younger/children experience through my past and current volunteer work with Big Brothers and Big Sisters Organization of Calgary, my baseball coaching, and past employment at an Out of School Care. It is through them and my family I found my joy of connecting and getting to know children. If needed, I have many families who would be willing to give me a reference for you! I can also supply you with a criminal record check, and proof of my completion of CPR / First Aid completion in Level C. As a sitter, I am very hands on and enjoy games, crafts, outside activities, and usually, anything a child suggests or is interested in! I know trusting a stranger to spend time with your children and care for them can be a daunting and worrisome task but I can guarantee and take pride in the fact that I have never had a child/children not have a great time with me, and have never had an emergency or incident to say otherwise.
