I have several years of childcare experience starting in my early teens, caring for my infant nephew and other family members. I worked a daycare part-time while attending College. I was one of two teachers in a classroom of three year olds. On average the class size was between 12-17 children. I met several very nice families while working there and continued to babysit for them, long after I had left the daycare. One of the families offered me a personal Nanny position, watching their two boys. I worked full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year, for a total of three years. I loved my job and my time with that family but needed to find regular full-time employment. Last November I began working at another daycare. I am currently the lead teacher for a class of 5 toddlers ranging in age from 17-22 months old. I recently became CPR and AED certified. I also have experience caring for children with severe allergies.
