Little owls home daycare is located on Henderson Hwy Here at little owls daycare I provide a safe calm and nurturing environment for your little ones while your at work. I offer hands on learning with practical life skills, sensorial skills, practicing caring for self and the environment. Cutting, slicing, food preparation! Anything to promote a healthy lifestyle :) Our days will be filled with fun with the day beginning with morning free play time until about 930 am and then our day begins with a circle time and lessons about math, language, geography (map and locations, ect.) and other different topics. After circle time We then put away free play toys and have our work cycles. My home is smoke free, and always clean. I have a number of years experience in childcare with all ages, also supervising children at wading pools. I took childcare practicum courses though my highschool education and have lots of hours babysitting. I have my Manitoba Childcare Assistant cirtificate from working at Montessori Academy in 2012 to 2013. I have my infant and adult CPR / First aid renewed 2015. I also have my child abuse registry check done October 2015. Criminal record check cleared November 2015. We do Lots of crafts and free play activities:) Lots of Reading time and listening to story's along with learning words and numbers, as Reading and talking is an important development in a child's life, I plan on working towards achieving that developmental milestone as best we can! For circle time We sit and listen to stories, learn numbers, learn the abc's and sing songs. We Do the daily calendar and weather too! We go outside lots (weather permitting) there is a fenced in back yard! And a park just down the back lane! Nap time is after lunch around 12:30 to 230 depending on the child. I ask that you please provide a lunch and I will provide 2 healthy snacks each day. Rates : $30 a day , Payed in advance bi weekly payments. Hours : Monday to Friday 7:00am until 5:00 pm.
