About The Job: I hope you are having a good day. I'm looking for a childminder available in West Knoxville, Tennessee. I aim to connect with a very patient caretaker who can look after my special needs son in my house while I work from home. This may sometimes extend to date night supervision or watching him while I go to appointments. If you are up for it I could also use help with housekeeping (especially helping my son neaten his room) but this is not required. Service Requirements: Our home needs day time care, currently looking for once a week but potentially expanding this in the future. It is preferable if you have personal transportation available. The best-possible employee would have over two years of experience but this isn't necessary to be hired. The child is 8 years old and has some behavioral disabilities. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience with special needs children and a lot of patience. He can be very sweet but also has trouble controlling his emotions and has a lot of energy.
