EXPERIENCE I am experienced working with toddlers, youth, and teenagers both typically developing and special needs. The majority of my experience was built in elementary schools working with grade school children. I hold experience caring for children with the following diagnosis: ADHD, Asperger's, Asthma, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Down Syndrome, Dyslexia, Epilepsy, Food Allergies, Mobility Challenges, Seizure Disorder, Sensory Integration Disorder, Speech Delay, Thyroid Condition. Furthermore, I hold experience providing services such as bathing, personal hygiene, applied behavioral analysis, dressing assistance, feeding, respiratory care, transferring/body lifting. Level of education: some college Years of paid experience: 4 years Average hourly rate: $15/hour Willing to travel 15 miles from SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY Reliable transportation, non-smoker, & comfortable with pets. I am CPR & First Aid certified. I speak both English and Spanish fluently, and beginners American Sign Language. Babysitting and caring for kids has been an amazing experience for me.
