I am a rising sophmore at Winthrop University majoring in elementary education, but I am home for the summer looking for some part time work. I have had lots of experience working with children of all ages and in different environments. I've worked at Lexington medical centers CDC assisting with infants. I've worked at the Richland county public library. I've worked at a summer tutoring facility with children grades K-5 that had fallen behind academically. I've also worked at an after school tae-kwon-do academy assisting children with homework and making sure that they have a safe enviroinemnt to to to after school. This past academic year I worked as a private tutor for a 2nd grader who was behind academically in spelling, reading, and writing. I am very passionate about children and working with not only in a fun way but also in a way to better them as a person.
