Sitter in New Milford, Connecticut

I have had the privilege of watching one shy 2 yr old boy grow into a talkative 3 year old as well as witness his 9 month old twin sisters blossom into fearless, creative 22 month olds. We've had many laughs playing around the house, outside, at the library, playing at the park, reading books, or just while talking and coloring pictures. I have not just been their nanny, but their playmate, teacher and friend. I also have experience in a preschool classroom as a Teaching Assistant. I worked with typical children as well as those with special needs. I helped 3-5-year-olds with developing their writing, reading, math, and play skills. I’ve also had the privilege to work in a infant/toddler room as a lead teacher for children ranging from the age of newborn to age 2. I have always had a passion for educating young children and watching their minds grow as they discover the world and all there is to it. I strive to not only be like a teacher of life for them, but love being their student and learning something new and exciting from them as well.
