Sitter in Ashburn, Virginia

I have three children of my own. My oldest is graduating from WVU this year, my middle daughter is married and living on her own, and my youngest is in 7th grade. This is my 9th year working for LCPS as a cafeteria monitor. I supervise 800 children over a three hour period. As the monitor, you get the opportunity to get to know most every child in the school and I found that to be very rewarding. We encouraged the children to be courteous and helpful to others, and applied the positive reinforcement method to redirect negative behavior.
