Nanny in Delray Beach

My name is Autumn Handa and I'm a nanny from Naples, FL. I am 20 years old and currently living in Delray Beach, FL. I started babysitting at the age 12 for my baby sister, Hannah, when she was three. My mother was a single parent and worked full time and was a full time student, so I cared for my sister until my mom came home at night. When I entered high school I spent my afternoons, after practice, caring for my sister and my two younger cousins who lived with us. They were four and two. When I graduated high school I moved to St. Augustine to care for a 12 year old and a two year old. I just recently moved to Delray Beach to attend FAU and have cared for a three month old named Bradley:) I am now looking for a new job as a nanny. I love children and I couldn't think of anything that I would enjoy doing more than caring for them as a profession. Children are very special to me and I believe in expressing love and care as a nanny. Education is rather important to me as well. I find that education is the most important part of caring for a child next to love and affection. I have fun with the kids as well. I enjoy doing all sorts of activities with them. I like to get the children involved in arts and crafts. I enjoy making up games with the kids and playing with them outside. I know that your children would feel comfortable with me and that we would have fun together. I would ensure that your children were safe at all times. I am certified in children's CPR and infant CPR. You could rest assured that your children would be in safe loving hands.:)

Can a Playground Be Too Safe?

Seesaws, tall slides and monkey bars are disappearing from playgrounds. They are being replaced by 'Safety-first' playgrounds. At first thought this seems like a natural and correct evolution, and certainly not an issue of debate, and I imagine that parents who have had to deal with concussio...

Is it Spring Yet?

The calendar says it is so; the robins are here; and the tulips are trying to push up through the residual piles of snow. But the reality is that within the last week we have had snow, ice and below freezing temperatures. Enough already. Those of us who live in the northern United Staes or ...
