Sitter Job in Washington, District of Columbia

I'm an
Individual
I am looking for someone to help with housekeeping- cooking, chopping vegetables, running small errands, cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, living room & bedrooms, making beds, changing linens weekly, dusting and tidying, vacuuming and washing (mopping) floors wiping down and disinfecting surfaces, washing and putting away dishes as needed, laundry, ironing, and taking out trash. It would be great to find someone who also has infant care experience to occasionally help with or babysit our 1-month-old. I anticipate needing help about 3-4 hours per day for 4-5 days a week. This could turn into more hours or something longer term in the future. We are a very friendly family and we are looking for someone who would be with us for the long term. We live in Washington, DC, Foggy bottom. You can take the metro, if you do not have transportation. Possible start date is July 1, 2014. Requirements: 1. Legally authorized to work in the US. 2. Clean background check. 3. Punctual & reliable. 4. Have verifiable references. 5. Speak at least some English.
