My name is Olga and I am looking for a full-time/ part time position, but it is more important for me to find the right family and long term commitment. The child’s safety is my number one goal. After this, I strive to maintain a loving and fun environment, in which the child can grow and develop to reach their utmost potential. I consider myself a friend to the child, but first and foremost an authority figure whose task is to maintain the rules and goals of the parents. I then fulfill these principles through play time, games, exploration, reading time, crafts and various activities. I have 9 years of experience with kids in different ages including twins (newborns, toddlers, 4-8 years old kids). My responsibilities have been to provide childcare, prepare meals, organize play dates, assist in developing the child’s routine, potty training, and daily activities (classes, trips to museums, parks, libraries, and other outdoor/indoor child friendly environments). I'm a very energetic person. I love to spend time with kids and make their days more fun. I pride myself on being patient, responsible, punctual, and organized.
