Hello, my name is Jennifer, I have just moved to Vic West from the Comox valley, I have done childcare on and off for ten years. Being new to the area I am excited to find a family to give my time to. I love to do crafts and art and really anything that encourages expression and imagination when I work with kids, I am patient and nurturing and generally a friendly upbeat person. I have a ten year old pug at home so if your pets are friendly, I am very happy to care for them as well. I'm currently learning ASL and can do some baby sign or American Sign Language if used in the household. Just before coming here I was Volunteering with Comox valley special needs recreation to help with their program "Art Cards" and also volunteered at the Filburg centres seniors kitchen. I am very down to earth as well as open minded so I am comfortable with working with a range of people, abilities and personality types If I might be a fit for you're needs, I very much look forward to hearing from you.
