I have a very extensive background in childcare. I started from a young age. And decided to make a career out of it. I truly believe in consistency and choices when managing behaviour. Play based learning is both fun and engaging for both sides. I listen to children and what they have to say. I understand the value of their emotions because they are just learning about themselves. Which makes me very patient. I start a position in a couple months so I'm looking for something to fill my time until then.
