My name is Theresa Neal and I am originally from the Chicago area. I attended Purdue University for undergraduate where I majored in Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS), this subject is also formally known as "Home Economics". Though attaining this degree, I was able to learn about different family dynamics. Additionally, I obtained a teaching license in FACS, wherein I learned how to teach middle school and high school aged students the skills needed in order to live independently. I taught in northwest Indiana for two years. I was able to teach skills related to money management, cooking, sewing, and social skills. I am now interesting in teaching and facilitating these skills on a more one-on-one basis with children of all ages.
