I ref flag football every weekend and I get to work with kids every time i work I get the oppurtinity to work with kids ages starting around 5 all the way up to 13 or 14. I love working with kids, last summer I even held a basketball camp where kids in kindergarten all the way to 6th grade came and went to camp. I had over 50 kids there.
