My name is Milan & I just moved to Florida. I was a nanny for a boy with Down Syndrome back in Maryland. I have had experience with multiple age groups. One summer, I worked at a daycare in the toddler section for service hours. My experience is primarily with infants and toddlers. However, I have watched over elementary aged kids a decent amount as well. Kids love me because I am a big kid myself and I am very easy going. However, I know to be assertive and issue discipline when needed. I listen well so whatever the boss says, go's. I love kids, always have, always will. I'm a person where if I'm watching someones kid, I'm taking care of them as if they were my own. With that being said, your child will get the best/right care, protection, and attention they need.
