Hello, My name is Joann, my daughters name is Marissah. I am 40 years old, I have been with my husband since we were 15. I have 2 children ages 18 and 21. I was a stay at home mother for most of that time, but have plenty of experience outside of my own children. I have watched kids since the age of 15. I even Nannied for a set of triplets with health issues plus a 6 year old. I have always loved children, and couldn't wait to have my own. My daughter is a lot like me and is very sweet and gentle. We do not believe in spanking, and if spoiling is a problem we probably aren't for you. We work as a team to insure at we can give our family 100reliability no matter the situation, and the kids get more attention as well. Plus we only have one car, so working at the same place makes since. We can provide plenty of references upon request. I live in Charlotte close to the Courthouse and can Nanny at my home or yours. I do believe children are more comfy at their own home. However I am confident in our ability to keep the children happy and having fun. We will teach manners, and appropriate educational things, along with crafts, and outdoor activities.
