She is a great multitasker, and has demonstrated that she can attend to all of the kids’ needs without any problems. She is very trustworthy, and has a very charismatic and magnetic personality that naturally makes both kids and adults easily open up to her. In her past babysitting assignments, she has proven to overdeliver in the care of her employers’ kids, and she was sorely missed by her employers when either their kids went off to college, or when Alana moved away. One aspect of Alana’s personality that was appreciated the most was her ability to always keep her past employers’ children calm. Whether there was a strange noise outside the house, or the kids just did not want to go to bed, or they were having trouble with their homework, Alana was always able to solve the issue and maintain order.
