I am a 41 year old mom of a 2 yr old and a 21 year old. I am looking for a position I can bring my 2 year old to a few days out of the week. I raised my first daughter as a homeschooler in Asheville NC,though she was born here. I got really interested in the Waldorf School Model.I helped start a family co-op and morning garden at a local church that rotated teachers and used the Waldorf Educational principles..... was awesome fun. I also taught and studied the Montessori Methods of education at a small Montessori School in Asheville. I got really into natural foods and healing at that time ,as well. With my second child 20 years later I can truly laugh at the vigor and staunchness I used to go after these alternative lifestyles with. I am so much more laid back and accepting of others ideas and lead a very normal lifestyle now.I feel I could be a great asset to any family because of my extensive background in child development and nutrition but also because of my age and ability to respect other families choices and preferences.
