Au Pairs are educated young people from all over the world who travel to the US on legal visas for up to two years. They are motivated to become childcare providers by their love of children and the desire to become a part of an American family, improve their English, and travel to the US. Unique to au pair childcare, au pairs share their language and culture with your whole family. All Cultural Care Au Pairs: - Participate in a multi-step screening and selection process - are 18-26 years old - are proficient in conversational English - have at least 200 hrs of childcare experience - are American Red Cross-certified in adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid and attend an American Red Cross classroom course on drivers's safety at our Au Pair Training School.
