We are two young families living next to each other looking for a shared nanny to take care both of our babies--one 7month-old and one 1-year-old. Here are some of the requirements that we think as an ideal match: -- Is available between 8-5, Monday to Friday. -- is easy going, patient, loving and caring, easy to work with, and must love kids. -- Must be comfortable with pets. One of the family has cats and the other has a dog (very friendly). -- Has your own car and is willing to drive the kids to library, children's museum, or other activities. -- Encourages reading, pretend play, and creative crafts. -- Preferably a non-smoker with first aid and CPR training.
