My name is Sierra! Many would describe me as an outgoing, funny, caring, and kind-hearted individual. I recently completed my undergraduate degree, and am looking to apply to teacher's college in the next year. I have experience coaching gymnastics, as well as volunteering and providing support for teachers in a KIndergarten classroom. I also have years of experience babysitting my own 3 siblings (all of varying age) along with children of my family and friends. What sets me apart is my ability to find a way to connect based on their individual personalities, interests, and skills. I love interacting with children and finding different ways to ensure they feel safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. My youngest brother was recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, so I am very patient and skilled when it comes to dealing with children of a variety of different behaviours, personalities, and needs. I do not have my own car currently, but have a reliable source of transportation whenever I am needed! I'd be happy to be screened, interviewed, or provide references (both professional and personal) of those I've worked with.
