Sitter Job in Wilton, Connecticut

Hi! We are looking for after school care for our three boys. We are two working parents with three boys: the oldest is 11 and the twins are 7. We moved recently and we are in a bit of a hurry! However, this is our first time doing this online search, so if you see a good fit with some exceptions, let us know so we can see if we should be more flexible. The boys are great! Teachers and camp counselors always have good things to say. We strive for them to be kind, considerate, good sports, and good students. We need someone who can support these efforts and: * be at our house when they arrive on the school bus in the afternoon (Monday through Friday) about 330 and stay until 530 or 630, depending on the day, unless you drive - in which case it's 630 every day * be patient; with three boys, there are plenty of 'teachable moments' ;-) * help with their study skills; they don't necessarily need help with their assignments, but they do need to have reinforcement of good study habits (like staying on task, keeping focus, organization) * make sure they get a snack after school * keep screen time restricted; besides educational websites, they should have no screen time during the week after school * have fun after school work is completed! the boys can be full of joy and lots of fun, but safety comes first; they must be monitored * a safe driver with a dependable vehicle is a big plus, in order to facilitate their participation in sports and after school activities
