Hi! My name is Sophia, I am a student at Grand Valley, I am 21, and I have a vast amount of experience working with kids. I have both babysitting and youth tutoring experience, so I could help with homework too. I've been a volunteer for child day camps in Detroit, I was a youth coach for basketball at the David D. Hunting YMCA, and at my high school during the summer basketball camp that it puts on. I was also an assistant youth volleyball coach at my church, I volunteered as a camp counselor for my middle school. I also worked at the south Oakland family YMCA as a summer camp counselor for 9 and 10 year olds and at LifeTime Fitness day camp with 6 and 7 year olds. I absolutely loved those jobs and I love kids, it lit up my day every time I would go in to work and see them. A little bit about me personally, I have my own car, I am a straight A student, I love sports, and I set very high goals for myself. I am available before 3pm and after 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
