Hey there! Well, my name is Elsie. 26 years of age, single, no children, aboriginal female. I think I'm very easy to get along with, bubbly personality, and amazing with kids of all ages. I've got 2 years of working at a daycare (0-3 years), 3 years teachers aide (JK/SK - 4-6), worked closely with children with disabilities (I hate that word) and other behavioral issues. I belive the key with working children is to have patience. It key to learning to work with the children's personality and quirks, gaining trust of the child and parent(s). I strongly believe in having a schedule for the child(ren) but doesn't mean I'm a prude. I think making simple tasks like chores fun! Being outdoors as much as possible. Fresh air is so good for kids! It helps them keep active and naps are alot easier. I can help develop basic learning tools for children if needed. As I did this for multiple years.
