Sitter Job in Medford, Massachusetts

I am looking for an after-school sitter, someone who can pick up my kids and take them to their respective activities, bring them home, help with homework, provide snack, and on occasion start dinner if needed. I have four children, ages 12, 11, 9 and 6. The sitter will mostly be carting the two younger ones around, as the two older ones have lots of after school activities and usually get to and from school on their own. When the older ones are home you will assist in monitoring their activities, but for the most part I need someone to help with the 9 and 6 year old. We are a vibrant, energetic, sometimes loud group, looking for someone to jump right into our large family. You are a non-smoker, love kids and dogs, and are willing to give it your all. You are patient, yet strong; fun, but disciplined; organized, yet flexible, and can bring some order and zen to our chaotic schedule.
