Mom of 3 adult children - Nana of 2,3 & 6 yr old , I have the 2 year old grandson full time, watch my 3 yr old granddaughter 1 day week as she is in preschool and the 6yr grandson arrives mon thru fri from 8a.m to noon at which time I drop him at kindergarten. I have much flexibility, a vehicle and alot of time and patience (children make my world go round and are truly my reason for being..) I was also foster mom in 1988 to 1992 to a girl when she was 14 to 18 --and again to another 14 yr old girl 2004 to 2008 to when she turned 18. I have room for 1 or 2 children to be cared for at this time as my almost 3yr old grandson will be starting preschool this summer part time.. My Experience besides my 3 children, 3 grandchildren , and 2 foster children would be that I was a Nanny in past (1992 to 1999) ran my own childcare for 6 children age ranged from 3 mos , 6mos, 2yrs,.3yrs,.4yrs and stayed with it til they were all in first grade... While my own 3 children who are now grown were small. I could be stay at home mom( 1990-199...) with great and fair rates far less than daycares to help the community while also helping me financially and allowing me to be a stay at home mom til mine started school. Which I still have references for and in 2014 to 2016 I had watched a 5 yr old boy and 8 yr old girl over summer monthes. and have those references as well. Its a win-win , one hand washes the other. I am a 50 year old retired woman looking to pass time at something ive been very good at since 15 years of age. I require signed contract and pay at beginning of each week. I am also paid sick days if its you or yours that call off. if I am the one sick (which never happens) my attendances is perfect but if an emergency arises on my behalf than no charge. once a year I do get a paid weeks vacation usually in july or august. My salary for FT is --> 30 t0 40 hours $150 (monday thru fri )anytime from 7a.m to 7pm (anything over 40 hrs is additional $10 hr ) My part time salary is--> $100 for 29 hours or less (Monday thru fri) between hours of 7a.m to 7pm (anything over 29hrs is (an additional $10 an hour). nights and weekends to be discussed if needed but is $10 an hour no exceptions/
