Your employee will work 45 hours/week, weekly cost of about $355=$8/h after discount and you will have an au pair that lives with you for up to 1 year or longer if needed/wanted, have help with your children, household duties related to your children (included: laundry, room cleaning and meal prep,driving to/from school or activities.) Your au pair (nanny/housekeeper) will be 18-26 years old with at least 200 hours of formal documented childcare experience, good education and have gone through background/criminal check. All au pair's speak fluent English and also provide an opportunity for the whole family to experience a different language and culture (we work with over 20 countries.)
