The cost of our program averages out approximately to 355$/week for 52 weeks and provides host families with 45 hours of childcare weekly. Our childcare providers are trained, professional au pairs that come from all over the globe and work within your home to assist you with all of your childcare needs. By having your childcare provider living with you there is no need to worry about back-up care in case of sickness or other emergencies. Host families can also choose between full-time (Standard and Plus Au Pair programs) and part-time (EduCare program) care. The cost of the program stays the same, whether the host family has one child or four children. Read more about program fee, payment plans and discounts. ***Quality*** Au Pair 4 Me representatives conduct a very thorough screening and interviewing process to make sure our au pairs can provide only the best child care to our host families. All au pair candidates complete online and in-person training that includes child safety and development as well as a driving course. They gain 2 different Red Cross certificates -- Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and Advanced Child Care Training- that are valid for 2 years. ***Support*** Our experienced, well-trained and dedicated local coordinators as well as the Au Pair 4 Me staff will support the host family and their au pair throughout the year to maximize the success of their program experience. They are available any time so our host families can contact them whenever they need any help or advice. Local Coordinators stay in touch with the au pairs and host families each month and provide on-the-ground support. ***Culture*** An au pair provides a priceless and unique cultural experience that will leave an everlasting impact on the host family. By choosing an au pair, your family will have a great opportunity to be exposed to another language and culture. ***Programs*** Host Families can choose one of our three available options. Families with school-age children who might only need up to 30 hours of childcare can choose our EduCare program. Families who would like their au pair to have a professional childcare experience or have a degree related to childcare can host our Plus Au Pair. And if families just need a qualified, well-exprienced au pair who can work up to 45 hours a week, Standard Au Pair is the best option for them.
