I have 2 boys. One with Autism spectrum disorder, the other has special needs. The oldest is 10 and 4. I need a sitter for nights. I work a 12 hr shift overnight. It must be in my home. I cannot stress this enough. My autistic child does not handle changes nor different strange places. He has a routine. It takes a very special person for him to be comfortable with you. Please females only. He does not like men. I have tried that. He is fully functional. Needs some assistance with opening snacks. Is quiet and prefers to be left alone. The 4 yr old needs assistance with opening snacks and using the bathroom. He's developmentally delayed. Has many accidents and requires patience.
