Ms. Rose is one of the most hardworking, respectful and experienced childcare professionals my husband and I know. She started taking care of our daughter at three weeks and they have formed an incredible bond. Ms. Rose has taken care of our daughter and our family like her own for over a year and has never once given us a reason to doubt her ability to take care of our baby. In addition to taking care of our daughter, she also filled the role of a house manager and kept our house clean and polished, especially maintaining the kitchen, living and laundry areas. This was deeply appreciated. She very much respected our ways of doing things and in how we raise our daughter, which is extremely important to us. We were deeply appreciative of having her as part of our family over the last 15 months. I cannot recommend her enough to families with babies and young children.
