My name is Carly and I'm 29 years old. I am a former teacher looking for baby sitting or nanny jobs in the Lake, Sumter, and Orange County areas. I have experience babysitting infants, toddlers, and young children. Additionally I have teaching experience with middle school and high school age kids. I love all kids and hope to have some of my own when the time is right. My availability changes by the week. However if you are looking for a caregiver with a set schedule, I can adjust my availability at my other job. I would need about 2 weeks notice for any jobs that occur on holidays or special dates (weddings, date night, job functions etc) I’m available for short notice jobs if I have enough notice, the pay matches any hours I may give up at other job, and/or aligns with my days off. I charge $11 an hour for 1 child, $13 an hour for 2 children, and $15 an hour for 3 children. I do not feel comfortable watching more than 3 at a time. I feel comfortable with typical “kid” tasks like making dinner/snacks, bath time, changing diapers, helping with potty training, nap time, bed time etc. I’m willing to run errands, do pick up/drop-off, and light house work for an additional $1-$5 per hour depending on the number of tasks/workload. Tutoring services available upon request for $15 an hour. If bundled with babysitting/nanny services, tutoring will be offered at a rate of $8 per hour per child in addition to the babysitter rate. Any clients over 15 miles away will be charged an additional fee to cover gas. I’m also willing to take kids on outings like movies, Chick-fil-A, Chuckie Cheese etc. Personal references are available upon request. I am background checked and finger printed through the state of Florida and Lake county. I have a clean driving record and reliable car that can transport 3-4 safely.
