Who I Am: Nice to meet you! My name is Alyssa. I am interviewing for a babyminder position in Providence, Rhode Island. I hope to contribute my abilities as a babyminder. I began watching children in the Brown University area 5 years ago. I have reliable references and strong bonds with the children (once babies when I entered their lives) I work with. Description of Skills: I can handle child care, multiples at a time, babysitting for group parties (ex: wedding sitting), animals and light household duties. I provide loving and genuine care to all children I work with, as I am a former nanny, current babysitter, student taught in first grade and am in my third year in a residency education certification track for grades 1-6 with a specialization in STEAM, and minors in sociology and anthropology. I have availability in the summers, am comfortable caring for animals as well, have a clean driving record. I would expect compensation for gas if the job requires any driving.
